		Microsoft PowerShell with iControl
		For those who don't know, Microsoft has made available a new command line shell and task-based scripting technology that is targeted at IT administrators to help them gain control and automation of system tasks. Windows PowerShell is integrated into Exchange Server 2007, System Center Operations Manager 2007, System Center Data Protection Manager V2, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager so I figured, why not integrate it with BIG-IP via iControl as well!

The iControl PowerShell Cmdlets and Scripts make use of the iControl .NET Assembly available in DevCentral Labs.

Included with the scripts is a PowerShell system profile script that handles the dynamic loading of the iControl .NET Assembly as well as a few examples of how to use PowerShell to manage your BIG-IP.

So for those command line geeks out there who can't get enough of the iControl perl scripts included in the SDK, go ahead and download Windows PowerShell and the iControl PowerShell scripts and start a new era of productivity!
