In this next installment of Colin's European tour, Sam Pickles is kind enough to take time out of his day between presenting, answering questions and generally assisting with the CoE in general to talk to us about an interesting experience he had in a bake-off. iRules helped seal the deal again, along with BIG-IP and TMoS and their astounding performance.
The requirement is 65K connections? Sure, we can do that. How about 200K instead? 'Nuff said.

Steve Mitchell takes us behind the scenes in the TechCenter where we get to see the thousands of cables, tons of servers, and even the nifty curved air-ducting up close and personal. In this tour we learn about the engineering and implementation of this facility was kind enough to take us into the lab itself to give us an "under the covers" look at what's going on behind the scenes. We talked about how things were planned out, how long it took to build things out, what makes all that ease of use and speed to deployment possible, and more.

As our second installment in the three part TechCenter series, Dan Wright takes some time to walk DCTV through the brand new TechCenter here at F5 just minutes before the Grand Opening. This new facility has some huge potential for researching and demonstrating cool solutions that make use of not only F5 gear, but some of the industry's most broad reaching software applications as well. |

Yesterday was an exciting day here at F5, due to the launch of the new TechCenter, complete with ceremonial ribbon cutting and all. The TechCenter is an outstanding new facility that's going to let F5 have a great place to demonstrate not only F5's gear, but the way that F5's gear interacts with applications to improve Application Delivery as a whole. With over 3000 cat5 cables, 5 Kilowatts per rack, and enough HVAC to keep it all cool and then some, the TechCenter is a site to behold.
