Well, it's been a long week and the F5 crew made it back safe and sound from the PDC.

Here's a snapshot of some of the things we did:

  • Rolled out a new DevCentral site.
  • Shot a load of videos for the newly released DevCentral TV.
  • Found out a member of our team is a "beginner".
  • Talked with a bunch of developers - many of which at first didn't know about F5 but did know about BIG-IP.
  • Witnessed a dummy on the end of a noose. A very interesting marketing comapaign.
  • Caught a few glimpses of Scoble.
  • Saw Doc Holliday - no, not Wyatt Earps buddy (although they resemble eachother quite a bit)
  • Rode Revenge of the Mummy
  • Found out that in Armenia the magic number is 3. For $3 you can get any copy of Microsoft software (windows, office, etc), any DVD, or any audio CD. Our cab driver was quite insistent about this and said they were all legal copies. We told him to get us about 500 next time he was there...

It's great to be back and now we have a ton of video still to capture and post so be on the lookout over on DevCentral TV.

If you have a technology that is relevant to our user base and would like to be featrued on our site, let us know and we'll stop by with the video camera...
