One of the things I like about F5 is how we come together to do the right thing.

A small example of that happened in last week's exec meeting.  We were looking into some certification issues and had 3 basic options: do nothing, do the minimum required or go beyond the minimum and do what intrinsically seemed to be the right thing.

All of us around the table simultaneously went with the third option.  The additional cost of following this course of action was small and it just was the right thing to do.
