I get lots of emails and phone calls from people who are interested in joining F5. I think that it's great that we attract talented individuals who see F5 as a desirable place to be. One of the things that bugs me though is getting something that is obviously part of a "blanketing campaign". One came through this morning. The letter goes something like: I have done some homework on your company and I'm really interested...don't want to go through HR - want direct access to the decision maker...wouldn't you want that talent and drive on your team if I were part of [fill in the name of company here]. If I'm really to consider the applicant as serious, they should at least use F5 as the company and not reference a different company altogether in that field!

Makes me want to print the email out just so I can get the satisfaction of crumpling it up and lobbing it into the recycling bin.
