I signed up on Technorati for "Claim My Blog", and the process requires that I post, so you get one, though I have not much to say.

First, the Technorati required tag:

Then, I guess I'll fill you in on some of the things I've been learning/working on.

I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it, but we're putting together a new release of DevCentral to offer more functionality and address issues people have had with the current version. We're pretty excited about it, and the team is cranking out a lot of work to make it right. Now I sit back and wait for the call from the boss, firing me for telling you here...

As part of that process, and my "welcome to F5" general learning process, I'm getting to know the WebAccelerator and Application Security Module teams so I can get a handle on their needs and desires. It's good to get the opportunity to learn something new, IMO.

And I'm working on a development project that I'm just plain unwilling to talk about yet - it's still in its infancy, and talking about it might pique someone's interest. I promise to fill you in as soon as that new release of DC is up and running - then I'll have time to guarantee a deadline, and will post about it as the project progresses.

That's it for now, back to the Technorati "Claim my blog" process...
