Because My BIG-IP VE is crashed now, so I create new BIG-IP VE. When I activate the license,
the server show the message -
Unable to grant license key: Error 51092, This license has already been activated on a different unit. Please contact technical support for assistance
How can I solved it?
You have to contact the technical support to do a RMA on your license.
A license is binded to your machine (hardware or virtual) so you can't attach it to another appliance without contacting the support.
You have to contact F5 support to move the license.
