Application(OWA) seems to be disconnected while enabling ASM. Security profile is set to transparent mode. What could be the issue?
Did you use the correct OWA ASM policy template for your version? If yes then you need to contact F5 Support. If you built the policy yourself then the problem can be far more complex and depend on things like response signatures/Dataguard and other features which when enabled can slow down the application
Thanks for your response. It turned out to be a bug with the firmware version and got resolved after upgrade.

Which version were you on?
The bug affects 11.5.X releases.
Bug ID 465927: Response is halted or reset when the request has an ignore profile
This issue is solved in 11.6 and above.
