IP Intelligence Issues

Has anyone noticed issues with IP Intelligence updating consistently over the course of the last 2 months. It seems like there was some changes made to the service back around the 2nd week of Feb. I had make some adjustment in my proxy setting initially because they changed from calling the update site by name to call by an IP. I still had issues where IP addresses were getting categorized as Malicious even though Brightcloud had cleared it. Per a support case I bounced iprepd on all my devices. That seemed to make it better but there are still issues. I now noticed that some of my devices have an IP as malicious while others do not. When looking at the iprepd log it almost looks like some device are skipping updates. I am still working the case with support, but wanted to see if anyone else is seeing issues like this.
