We suffered a problem with one of our VE F5's the other day and it has meant I need to re-activate the license. When I try it says that it is already in use. I have gone through the F5 info request and it shows " Base RegKey : (Locked) BIG-IP"
It says to contact technical support but I cannot find an email for them. Anyone have an address for them?
Finally found a phone number, they unlocked it for me so all is good again.
