User account creation - password field missing

Disclaimer; I'm very new to this, but inherited two clustered 4000s.

Looking at the user account creation (since I have to clean up some and create some new) I do not see any password field to set or change the password...

I am logged in as admin, and I'm an Administrator role. No partitions in play; only Common.

I am expecting this view;Image Text

But what I see when I log into these systems is this view;

It DOES create the account, and it DOES sync to the Sync-Failover Group, but I need to figure out how to set/change passwords. Everything I read just acts like there is a password field, but I don't have it. I just did this in F5 training yesterday but the interface on these two I inherited is not the same. I'm sure it's something simple that will make me bang my head on the wall but looking for some pointers here.

I have tried with IE and Chrome; same experience with both.

I figured it out; they are using remote authentication, in which case the password field does not show locally.

I think that you changed auth. type such as tacacs so you could edit local user and you could not use local user for login CLI or GUI.

Hi,

I seem to have a different problem. The password field is missing from the account creation page.

I am using BIP-IP 13.1.1.3 Build 0.0.1
