hello, Regarding the matrix, in order to install 3 modules in the vCMP guest, we need at least 4vCPU and 6.5GB Memory. The matrix does not mention if these resources must be in a single blade or multiple blades. In other words, is it possible to have 4 vCMP guests with 3 modules (ASM, LTM, APM) each in a cluster of 2 or more blades 2100 in the same chassis (2400)?
My SE told me it's the same blade... But I haven't verified that myself yet... For the same blade, you need 11.4 on the hypervisor though (For the flexible vCMP allocation), so you may need to upgrade that.
Any combination of up to 8 guests across 2 blades... Subject to resource allocation... The granularity is per pair or cores... With each pair coming with 3.6GB of RAM...
So a flexible allocation of 4 cores gets 7.2GB of memory. And SHOULD allow upgrading to 11.4 on the vCMP guest with 3 modules... I hope... [My extra blades go in next week, so fingers x-ed].
