Why Support ID doesn't appear in some cases? Response page not reflected

Response Page is created and tested. We are able to see the support ID in some cases but specially on mobile we are not able to see them.

we are using ver 13.0.0 HF3

Is there any idea? Why this is happening?

Do you mean you see Blocking page with no support ID on Mobile devises?

How do you confirm ASM is blocking a specific request?

Logs are coming on the WAF. But the ID is not displaying on Mobile.

What Logs are you seeing on ASM ? can you show us a example please. Can you confirm if you are seeing blocking page on mobile devise?

No Blocking page. Only Blank screen. I think the default page (Blocking Response) is html. Might be we need to enable AJAX - Response.

Can you give more details on which requests are not going through?

Are the requests not answered or connection reset? Are the requests reaching back end server?

Pls check for legal logs as well. Possible the request has been accepted that's the reason it must not be showing WAF blocks.
