Small-Office/Home-Office Connectivity Template

I run a BIG-IP VE at home, using it as my home router but also to provide many other functions that TMOS makes easy. This is an iApp that I put together so that once I upgrade to v11 at home, I'll be able to manage everything using this interface.

It assumes a minimally configured BIG-IP - in fact the only thing required is that you are able to reach the administrative web interface in order to complete the iApp template. The iApp will take care of creating the VLANs and IP addresses that it'll be using to provide its services, as well as things like:

• DNS proxy with health check
• Outbound caching www proxy
• 1-to-1 Network Address Translation
• Port Forwarding
