    SOL7530 details how to configure a custom source IP address for SNMP traps. I think you could use that along with routes to ensure traffic is sourced from the correct IP address and goes out the required interface.

  • Hoolio's spot-on as always. On one of my web-facing LTMs, my default route is to a public router so I created several management routes that would send traffic destined for my syslog and snmp servers out my management interface so I wouldn't have to open stuff like that to my public interfaces.
