Sync and load external class files.

I have a rather large extenal class file that I need to be sure is sync'd between the two memebers of the HA pair. I have searched the forums and have not found a clear answer. What is the easiest way to have the external class file "automatically" sync'd when I sync configs?

 

 

Also, how to be sure that changes to the class file are actually loaded? It seems that simply going to the class in the UI and clicking Update works. Is that right? Is there a better/easier way to reload the class file?
