Windows Terminal Service disconnected intermittently

Hello,

 

 

We setup a load balancing configuration to load balance a number of Windows Terminal Servers.

 

We set it up using a customized TCP Profile, with the timeout set to 36000 seconds.

 

 

How come the customer is still intermittently experiencing disconnection?

 

 

Any idea?

  • If you haven't already, you could run tcpdumps on the client and serverside VLAN(s) to see what's happening. If you need help capturing or analyzing the tcpdumps, you can check SOL411 or open a case with F5 Support.
