Cacti Pools Graph vs F5

Question

I attached the graphs in Cacti and F5 i cannot find the relevance between the  2. Also i am not sure what does "m" mean for "conn rate" in the graph. Anyone can explain? please&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

the m means less than 1
