URL Link in APM doesnt work the first time.

Hi all,

 

 

I'm new to APM but have a strange issue. When a link for something that is in APM is sent like in email and the user clicks on the link. the user is taken to the login page for APM. After the login they are droped into the landing page and not taken to the resource that the link points to. If the user reclicks on the link in the email and is still logged in to APM they are taken to the resource. Anyone know how to make the link work the first time so that the user logs into APM and is taken to where they are suppose to go and not dropped to the landing page?

    Hi JK,

     

     

    I think the fastest way to get help diagnosing this issue is to open a case with F5 Support. If you do and solve the issue, can you reply back here with the solution?

    Two questions: 1 - any irule bound to the virtual server? 2 - what is the resource out of interests sake? SAML or webtop?
