Access policy and logging doesn't working

For some reason my VPN connection doesn't working anymore. I got error: "Access policy configuration has changed on gateway. Please login again to comply with new access policy configuration". Nothing is changed and I use Wizard to make VPN. I try to make new VPN and it is the same situations.

One more weird thing is that there is nothing in logs (Access policy -> Reports). Any help?

Thanks,

Ivan

  • One more virtual server is combined with access policy and doesn't working (I have the same error message). When I remove access policy (and keep connectivity profile) everything works (except I can't apply access rules). I try to make new access policy and attach it. I got the same error.

    Any solution for this?

  • I'm not familiar with APM but perhaps I can help regardless. Can you please confirm your version, the modules you are running, standalone or clustered and what client software you are using?
  • I'm using standalone version 11.2.0 with APM, ASM and LTM modules. VPN connection is started trought any intenet browser.
  • I found one error in logs that maybe can help "Ignored invalid empty DB variable value'apm.ldap.autoescape'" ...
  • Also I found this when I login via SSH:

  • I found solution, there was one ACL that wasn't attached to any object. After I deleted that ACL everything is working ...
