Authentication Profiles

I am trying to create a profile for application authenication but can not find any other type of profile other then ssl_xxxx types. The url below lists these types as valid Authentication profiles. Does anyone know if this is deprocated. I dont want client cert, I need LDAP. If i am misunderstanding what these auth profile do could you pleaes point me in right direct so i can go readup on that?

  • Does anyone know if this is deprocated.as far as i know, it is not.

    this is my understanding of what needs to be done. LDAP should be a prepopulated field not something that has to be created.

     

  • Which platform and LTM version are you running?

     

     

    Can you post your active modules as these are the ones which are enabled in your license.

     

     

    Also, what are you trying to accomplish? ACA has been deprecated in favor of Access Policy Manager (APM). But it still should work on existing platforms and versions if it's licensed.
