Junk characters in response

Hi,

I am new to this community so please help me if I am posting this questions at the wrong place..

We have 2 SharePoint 2010 front end servers attached to Big IP Load Balancer which has been upgraded recently.. Post this upgrade we are seeing some jnk characters in between the HTML response and we beleive this has something to do with F5 load balancer because if I add the host entry pointing to specific front end server then this issue does not occure and I am getting the valid HTML response... Below are the header and body details of the response.. Please note that I have highlighted (BOLD) the junk characters that I am talking about...

  • can you try to set "Response Chunking" setting in http profile to "Rechunk"?
  • Hi,

Thanks for your help... We have made the changes accordingly but still facing the same issue, do we need to restart the load balancer, Server, Browser or clear the cookie to get this change into the effect ?

    Thanks in advance

  • do we need to restart the load balancer, Server, Browser or clear the cookie to get this change into the effect ?reboot should not be required for bigip and server. anyway, browser cache should be cleared. if it still does not help, i suggest you open a support case.

    just my 2 cents
