Load Distribution between Pools?

Question

We are trying to distribute load amongst 2 different pools using a 90/10 split. What is the best way about going about doing that with irules?&nbsp;
For Example:&nbsp;
90% or (9 out of 10) of the connections go to POOL1&nbsp;
10% (1 out of 10) of the connections go to POOL2&nbsp;

Have you considered putting everything in one pool and assigning ratios to the pool members?
