Preserving Source Address with LDAP

I've read about the XFF header and using the X-forwarder in an HTTP profile.. But what do I do when I'm using SNAT and im LBing LDAP servers??

    Hi Kevin,

     

     

    There really is no mechanism for preserving the original IP address unless the upper layer protocol provides one, as HTTP does with the XFF header.

     

     

    The only recommendation I can make would be to eliminate the need for the SNAT by instead having the LDAP servers use LTM as their default gateway.
