Monitoring a specific Virtual Server, Pool or irule?

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but is there a way to monitor the traffic of a particular Virtual Server, pool or irule? We're setting up a QA environment for a new project and are experiencing erratic results from an irule. It would be very helpful if we could see the what occurs under the hood when traffic arrives at the VIP and how it's processed by the irule.

    You could use the LTM's tcpdump utility to capture the traffic flow, and you can also enable detailed logging within your irule to track the flow within each iRule event.

    In addition, you can use the timing command in your iRule to get specific stats on the iRule execution. Check SOL6228 on AskF5.com or try searching the forums for timing for more info.
