https and ssh unavailbe for few minutes

My bigip system was unable to load https and connect through jhttps for few seconds although the traffic is paassing through the bigip fine

 

 

i saw these logs in the system

version of bigip is BIG-IP 9.4.7 Build 320.1 Final
