Allow/Deny certain URL segments

Are there capabilities to restrict certain url segments within the BigIP LTM-1500-2GB-RS v9.3.0 F5.

 

 

Example:

 

 

Allow requests with “/api/”

 

http://pservices-uat.domainname.com/pservices.svc/api/*

 

 

Deny all requests without “api”

 

http://pservices-uat.domainname.com/pservices.svc/faa

 

 

Virtual Server: pservices_http_vs/pservices_https_vs (10.128.31.131)

 

Pools: pservices_http_pool w/ 2 members

 

 

I assume there is, but my knowledge of iRules is limited. I'm reading a few things now to get up to speed, but if anyone could assist with some info on the above request it would be greatly appreciated.
