Firepass and remote access

Hi,

 

 

Is it possible to remotly control clients that have created a network access tunnel via firepass v6.03.

 

 

Scenario - a user connects to our network via the firepass and creates a network access tunnel, the user runs into some application problems when connected and calls support - can support use a RDP connection to control the PC through the firepass to help resolve the problem?
