Event Subscription Disables

Hello,

I have written a utility to take events under the eventSubscription for 9.4.x using my LTMs. Everything seems to be ok with creating events and it does publish them to my web service which then alerts me to the changes I have designated. So that's all great, but sometimes, without warning the Enabled State of the subscription goes from STATE_ENABLED to STATE_DISABLED and, obviously, stops publishing events to my web service.

I have found that I have to delete and re-create the eventSubscription. Is there an obvious reason why this would happen? I haven't take my web service down at all:
