Windows VPN Client Logon Error

Hi Guys,

 

 

I am not able to login using VPN Client. I am this getting error

 

" Your device does not comply to current client security policies. You need an Anti-Virus Software installed to login"

 

But i have Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0.387 already installed.

 

-- VPN is working fine using browser(I.E & firepass), Its detecting antivirus.--

 

 

Details

 

OS-Windows XP

 

Antivirus:- Kaspersky 6.0.387

 

F5 Firmware Version:- 6.1.0 with latest updates.

 

 

I'd appreciate if any of you could share your similar experiences

  • Hi,

     

     

    You are probably using the '"Legacy mode" of the VPN client.

     

    In this mode, client-side checks are not performed.

     

     

    Please let me know if that still does not work and post a screenshot.

  • That screenshot confirms my assumption.

     

    You are running either a client too old to handle pre-logon checks or you are using its legacy mode.
