I need to communicate a large number of servers to destinations in a non-routable external network, and I have to configure a very large number of NATs in a several BIG-IP's.
Is there a NAT command in orther to simplify the NAT table, to execute a destination-based selectve NAT? (just like we do with selective SNAT, but on the destination IP address)

You can use the node command (wiki: Click here) to translate the destination IP address and optionally the port.
What is the criteria for selecting a new destination host? Is it a one to one translation mapping the destination IP the client makes a request to, to the external IP address? if you have a large number of destinations to translate to, you could potentially define them in a string datagroup in the format 'source_ip destination_ip' and then use the findclass command (wiki: Click here) to check the datagroup for the corresponding translation address.
