Dear all; I have a F5 device, it had expired-license. i want to clear all old configuration and reset factory defaults F5 for adding a new license. so, i used a command " tmsh load sys config default " and got an error message. Can you not contact F5 or your reseller to get an evaluation license in the meantime?

I can understand why you'd think a factory reset would sort this but I'm afraid that command does retain some settings so it can still be managed e.g. the license

  have you checked /config/bigip.license file? it should contain date license is valid.
