Running MYSQL monitor on LTM VS from GTM

Hi, is it possible to run MYSQL monitor on Database Virtual Server in LTM from GTM? We need to do this to mark GTM Pool member down based on the output of MYSQL query on LTM VS. Currently it is failing but we are not sure if it is because LTM/GTM issue or ACL.

    should be possible to do so, though the recommendation is to use the bigip monitor at the server level from GTM and let the LTM report availability to GTM. If you want to troubleshoot the monitor, you can enable debug

     

    tmsh modify sys db bigd.debug value enable

     

    Just make sure you turn it off when you are done.

     

    tmsh modify sys db bigd.debug value disable
