Redirecting Sharepoint URL on F5 to new URL on Different Domain but part of Same Active Directory Forest

I have a sharepoint Farm which is behind F5 and I am in process of moving that Sharepoint farm to root Domain which is the part of same Active Directory forest. Right now my Sharepoint Url is http://abc.uk.abc.com and after migration the sharepoint Url will change to http://abc.com. How can we do url redirect on F5 so that if user types in old url f5 automatically redirect it to new url. Also whether f5 would be able to redirect any hard coded url with in the site pages of sharepoint on newley migrated URL . For Example: If new Migrated Sharepoint Site" http://abc.com/site/po "has any hardcoded URL on" po "site Pointing to old site "http://abc.uk.abc.com/sites/po " .Will F5 be able to correct URL and redirect it to new URL i.e http://abc.com/sites/po?
