Big IP Edge Client
I have a user who has been running the Big IP Edge Client for sometime on his laptop. It just stopped working last week so I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the client but he gets the same message. I try to login or I try his login and get the same message. I have tried going to our DR location device and get the same message. I has to be something with his laptop. He gets connecting to Server, initializing, the disconnecting from server. I have looked on our Edge device and I see the login come in and then is says session clean up due to user logout request. We have turn off all firewall and virus protection but get the same error.
Any suggestions?
