LDAP Authentication Issue - Very WEIRD!

I have been implementing LDAP authentication for the management of our F5 Infrastructure and I have encountered a very weird problem: I can log into the GTM terminal with AD credentials, however, when I try to log in to the web management GUI, it says that the login failed. I want to be able to log in to both the GUI and the terminal with AD credentials. Anyone have a clue what to possibly check to figure out why this isnt working on the GUI?

    Which software version do you have on your boxes?

    This is such a weird situation. It works on both LTMs and our second GTM flawlessly. I can log in to the terminal using putty fine with my Active Directory credentials. The only part that is failing is the GUI authentication.

      10.2.2. We have since figured out the error as it was a problem on the ldap box itself even though they said it was not initially.
