OneConnect statistics

I'm working on a proof of concept for oneconnect profile, i have enabled the default profile for a tomcat cluster. So far i have been monitoring the servers with netstat but the keepalives do not show up.

is there any tool or a way to query the big-ip, the operating system, or the server in order to get statistics for a comparison between performance improvements with oneconnect enabled vs not enabled?

thanks

  • For LTM you have Statistics, Module Statistics, Local Traffic. Select Statistic Type as Profiles Summary and Select view for OneConnect. There you should have some statistics for the profile. As for performance improvements I think its difficult to estimate from there, improvement should be in server response time not in sessions and for that you should use AVR to have detailed statistics before and after.

Thanks, i had a peek at the OneConnect statistics and seem pretty limited, not sure if this is related to the version that we have installed which is pretty old (10.2.4) and unfortunately we cannot upgrade for now. Any ideas for other ways to gather stats? server side maybe?
