Implement APM change password with 11.5.x

Question

We have recently upgraded to 11.5.0 which now provides a manual password change functionality directly from a logon screen.  I thought it was going to be as simple as editing the access policy by adding a checkbox with an associating variable.  I've scoured for a simple how to on how to do this, but I can't find anything.&nbsp;
Has anyone had success in getting this to work?&nbsp;

Yes, you need to add the checkbox to the Logon Page and give it POST and Session variable name of change_password&nbsp;
When you do that, it should let you change password when Checkbox is checked&nbsp;
