I have some delegation that suddenly fails, but if you query F5 GTM directly, it works just fine. Any tips or advice on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks.

When the queries are failing, is an answer not coming back from AD directing you to GTM, or is it GTM that's failing to respond? I would guess the former, which indicates an AD or possible network problem.
NimbostratusAD is failing to resolve from DNS the delegation that's clearly pointed towards GTM. Unfortunately, not sure why that is since the GTM host record on DNS is on the same domain.
NoctilucentFor the domains that have been delegated to GTM, AD should be handing back NS records to the requesting client that correspond to the GTM listener IP address. If this isn't happening, then it's not a GTM issue.
AD can be a strange beast if it's being heavily utilized.
