ASM SMTP Server Test

Hello Experts

 

After configuring the SMTP configuration, how to test that F5 can successfully send the email using configured SMTP server? There is any command from CLI to test this?

      Hi Vitaliy Thanks. Sorry for my ignorance but could you please explain what is "email message" and "admin@abc.com" is TO: in the email?

      "email message" - is the e-mail body, -s Test - is subject, admin@abc.com -recipient address. Another way is type your message into the file and then cat file_name | mail -s Test admin@abc.com
