Hi JDN, are you saying that you have 2 pool members, both created by the iApp, and one of them has the app-service property set but the other one does not?

It depends. If the pool member was created by the iApp template, it should always have the app-service property set. If strictness was disabled and the pool member was added manually, it would not have app-service property.

Which version of the Exchange iApp template are you using?

Every object created by the iApp should have the app-service property. Unless someone created the pool member manually, or removed the app-service property from the command line, it should be there. At any rate, I recommend downloading f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.3.0 from downloads.f5.com, as it includes some hotfixes to the template. You may want to open a ticket with F5 Support if it continues to be a problem.
