Need Requirement Questionnaire document for setting up a f5 BIGIP LTM

Hi,

 

I have recommended one of my clients to go in with f5 BIGIP LTM. I need a "Requirements Questionnaire Document" so that I can we understand and document my clients requirement and set up the applications and load balancer accordingly.

    1. F5 standard operating system they are running on F5 devices?
    2. Any major critical applications are running on F5's?
    3. How many applications are going to host behind F5's?
    4. Management access to f5 devices are allowed only from few subnets?
    5. F5 logs are integrated with any logging mechanism?
    6. Are monitoring tools in use to trigger F5 device failures? 7.Any alert mechanism is there for SSL certificate expiration? 8.Whether SSL offload is happening for all HTTPS websites on F5 or on servers which are on the F5 device?
    7. Any F5 device backup archival process is in use?
    8. Any alert mechanism is there for SSL certificate expiration?

    Please let me know any more information is required
