webtop link from non-default route domain

Hi, I try to configuring full webtop vpn portal. When publishing desktop via rdp i can configure in Appliacation Access/Remote Desktops IP of desktop with RD´s identifier eg. %1 and rdp publication works correctly but if i´m trying add to the portal bookmark with link to the web server through webtop link, it doesn´t work. In webtop lin configuration i can´t specify route domain. Is it possible to use webtop link from non-default and how, please? Thanks Antonin

  • Antonin,

A webtop link is just like a browser bookmark. I'm not sure what it has to do with route domains?? Can you please clarify what you are trying to do?

  • Seth, access profile is applied to the Virtual Server which is in Route Domain 1. That access profile I´m using with Remote desktop and webtop link now. In Application Access/Remote Desktops configuration I can enter IP address with identifier of Route Doamin (%1) and publication of the remote desktop works fine. I can´t set the Application URI in Webtops link configuration with Route Domain. And I guess it may be reason why I can´t call backend web server from my (test) portal if I try to use published bookmark. Thaks for your reply Antonin

  • Hi Antonin,

It seems like you are configuring Portal Access (webtop links are a separate item that are basically bookmarks which don't proxy through the APM). If so in the Portal Access configuration in the "Resource Items" section you can specify IP Address and Route domain. (10.10.10.10%1) and in the application URI leave the hostname correct for the application.

    See if this helps...
