F5 Not Synching after HA configuration

Question

Hi,&nbsp;
We currently have an F5 that was configured for sync-failover high availability.  One device shows active and the other shows pending.  When i go to device and overview and sync device a to group, it spins as if it is syncing and then shows awaiting initial sync with changes pending.  I have tried to sync multiple times and still get the same message, is there something I'm missing?&nbsp;

Both devices are running version 11.x

Do you see any message on ltm logs ?
Are ntp configured and working fine ?&nbsp;

check date and time on both devices&nbsp;
date
Check ntp&nbsp;
ntpq -pn

Issue ended up being one box was a version behind.  I updated HF and was able to finish sync.&nbsp;
