Any Experience with arcGIS, ESRI, Geocrtex, or Web Adaptor

We are attempting to use LTM to Load Balance some arcGIS Servers and we are having trouble getting them to work, specifically the Map Service. So, I was wondering if anybody has had success with ESRI's arcGIS through LTM

We seem seem to be having a problem because we are using arcGIS's Web Adapter. So far, it seems that the Web Adaptor will only accept requests directed at it's name. This is a problem going through LTM, since the LTM VIP has a different IP and name (obviously). So, when LTM sends the requests to the Web Adaptor, it rejects them. Somehow it knows what the original URL was.

I've tried changing the Host Header to be the name of the Web Adaptor Server, but that doesn't seem to work. If i change DNS entry for the Web Adaptor Machine to actually point at the VIP on LTM, that works. Then LTM just connects to the Web Adapter by IP. But, I don't know what issues that may cause for something else.

Anyways, does anybody have experience with arcGIS and ESRI?
