when Mac login ,the resource doesn't show in webtop

Do you have logic that is OS specific (a branch rule, or inside the resource assign, etc.) in your access policy that might prevent the resource from showing in the webtop?

I believe this is because you are not using Java RDP resources. Check the compatibility matrix below and you can see that Microsoft RDP Terminal Services is not supported on Mac and Linux.

If this isn't it I would suggest opening a support case.

Is the webtop you are using a full webtop? Also can you put a pop-up page for the SecurID fallback so you can tell if you are successfully getting authenticated against the SecurID?

May also be worthwhile to check the "Java Client" checkbox in your remote desktop resource configuration.

What version of TMOS are you using?

after I enabled the java client,MAC OS brower safari can see the resource link,but when I click on it,it pop out a error

I would check the Java Console logs to see if you can pin point what the issue might be.

Something to note from the manual is the following...

 Note: If you specify a hostname for your destination, make sure that it is DNS-resolvable. After the remote desktop is assigned to a full webtop in an access policy, the remote desktop does not appear on the full webtop if the hostname is not DNS-resolvable.

If this doesn't help there should be alot of people talking about Mac and JavaRDP on devcentral... maybe one of the other topics has a resolution to your issue.
