Unable to Connect to GUI Using VMWare Player and 10.2.4

Hi, I have never use VE before and am having trouble getting started. I've loaded VMWare Player 4.0.6 on my Windows 7 Enterprise laptop and am using BIGIP-10.2.4.577.0-scsi.vmx. I fire up Player and click Open a Virtual Machine, point it to BIGIP-10.2.4.577.0-scsi.vmx, select a Storage path, and click import. I agree to the terms and it imports and loads. I set all the interfaces to Host Only for now just to be safe then click Play Virtual Machine which loads up the LTM and lands me at a login prompt. I login using root and default, run config and set mgmt IP to 192.168.147.2 (networks for my VMNet's show on the pc as 192.168.147.1/24 and 192.168.37.1/24). I am able to ping between the pc and LTM Mgmt ip's so connectivity looks good. My issue is when I open a browser and try I am unable to connect. I get the Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage error. I've tried Chrome as well and get the same thing. Any help would be apreciated. One thing I noticed is under the advanced settings of IE all the Use SSL (version ) and Use TLS (version ) are checked except Use SSL 2.0 is not and aparenltly it's locked down because I can't change it. Could that be the cause? Like I said any help would be apreciated as this is driving me crazy and I need it to build a SCP file for a upgrade/migration.
