Hi,
F5 APM does not display icons for unsupported ressources. this is not an issue, this is the expected behavior.
look the APM compatibility matrix for unsupported ressources on MAC OX X.

Additional support details for this platform include the following: •Only manual plugins installation is supported. •Hotfix-BIGIP-11.6.0-403.10-HF1 is required for OS X 10.10 and Safari 8 support

On Chrome versions 34 and above, there is limited feature support due to browser restrictions as mentioned in SOL15326. Only the following clientless features are supported: Portal Access, Citrix and VMware Webtop based launch support. The following clientless features are not supported: End Point Security checks, Protected Workspace, Network Access, MS RDP, Static AppTunnels, Dynamic Optimized AppTunnels, Java RDP, and Java AppTunnels.

ONLY on chrome it was said that clientless features are not supported. We are using safari. SO is this still normal?

Just to add, if you check the apm logs and see "ActiveX Support: 0 Plugin Support: 0", for the request that comes in, webtop won't display RDP/NA/Apptunnel resources.
