APM Active Directory error

Question

Hi,&nbsp;
we have an AD which is an authentication source on APM and is working fine. Suddenly it stopped working giving these errors :&nbsp;
AD module: Couldn't get ldapHostName for IP address 10.11.131.20. Falling back to reverse DNS record dependency on DNS for AD.&nbsp;
AD module: query with '(sAMAccountName=mmahdy)' failed: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)&nbsp;
after a while, it works for somtimes and somtimes no !! any idea what could be the issue ?! &nbsp;
note : i have tested the access between the APM and the AD and it's working fine even in the time where the issue happened.&nbsp;

Have you had any issues with your DNS servers lately?  You could always get a packet capture between the F5 and the AD/DNS servers and see if you can track down where the error might be.&nbsp;
