APM -User based resource allocation

Hi All ,

 

I am aware of Group based resource allocation . Is it possible to do user based resource allocation using AD ?

 

AD query we can provide the group information like CN=Users,DC=Domain,DC=com

 

similarly how can we provide a Single User who is authentication using AD

    Using the VPE you can assign resources based on any condition of any information available. The easiest way to understand what information is available is to simply view the user's session reports using the reports GUI.

    Yup ,

     

    it worked fine , when i added expression with session variable in advanced resource allocation

      Great, glad to hear it. I've been trying to think of a way to present this kind of "general guide to session variables and the VPE" information in a useful way without being overwhelming -- because APM is sort of like a toolkit that you can do whatever you want with. If you have any suggestions or information about what was helpful to you to solve the problem, I'd love to hear them.
